


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All items are quality inspected prior to shipment and include shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment.
If there is any defects, claim for damage to the carrier When you have any question, contact us.
Please check the product when you receive.
When you find the damage or the loss of product during shipment, SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS(the products and the package).
Please bring ALL PACKING MATERIALS to claim for damage to the carrier (post office), IMMEDIATELY.
They admitted the product is damaged they pay for you.
That is the regular EMS insurance system.
* EMS cost is included the insurance.
* Retain all packing materials until your claim is closed or until otherwise instructed; the carrier may need to inspect it.
* Neither the carrier nor Kimono Dress Shop is responsible for any damage or shortage claim if the original packing materials are not kept by the customer for inspection.
* Do not return the package to us unless instructed.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS FOR REFUND
You must inform us of the return within 7 days of receiving your order, when you wish to return and exchange the product. Please send the product back by EMS or the air mail of the international mail package after receiving the reply mail from us. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Your purchase will be refunded to you after we receive the product. The product must be in the new condition in the original packaging. The price from which a handling charge of 15% was deducted is repaid. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product that submitted more than 7 days after the products have been delivered to the customer.
